Step 1

Step 2
Bowtrol must be taken on an empty stomach. Just before bed, take three capsules of Bowtrol Colon Cleanser and Probiotic with a glass of water.
Step 3
After taking Bowtrol, be sure to eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of fluids. Water is essential for digestion.
Step 4
Assess how your body reacted to Bowtrol before taking three capsules again the second night. If a bowel movement was not initiated by the supplement, try taking four capsules before bed.
Step 5
Up to eight capsules can be taken per day. Depending upon the amount of cleansing desired, take the smallest effective dose. According to Bowtrol, three capsules per day is the average dose. Once the goal has been attained, Bowtrol can be taken daily as a natural way to regulate bowel movements.
