According to the Enzyte website, this male enhancement supplement contains several herbs including ginkgo biloba, horny goat weed extract, Korean ginseng, L-arginine and Tribulus terrestris extract. Although this product is considered natural, it is still possible for these herbal ingredients to cause side effects. Enzyte has not been studied in clinical trials; therefore, its effectiveness has not been proven.
Digestive Disturbances
Enzyte may cause symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramping, nausea and vomiting. Constipation, a dry mouth or an odd metallic taste may also be experienced while taking Enzyte.
Sleeplessness
Enzyte may cause patients to experience insomnia, or difficulty sleeping. It is important for patients to speak with a doctor or pharmacist before taking any sleep aids to combat this side effect, because negative drug interactions may occur.
Skin Changes
Enzyte users may experience skin changes while taking the supplement. Symptoms such as a burning or tingling sensation in the skin may occur, as well as itchiness and flushing of the skin.
Serious Side Effects
