How to Take Bowtrol

Bowtrol Colon Cleanse is a colon cleansing supplement made of natural ingredients. A colon cleanse works by speeding the rate at which stools move through the bowels. Taking such a product can result in more frequent bowel movements. Often, the stools are more watery or looser than usual. However, Bowtrol claims to cleanse the colon without this effect on the stools. Another benefit of Bowtrol is the lack of abdominal cramping usually associated with a colon cleanse or laxative product. According to Mayo Clinic, individuals perform a colon cleanse hoping to rid the body of toxins. Other reasons include immunity boosting benefits and an increase in energy. Mayo Clinic points out that evidence does not support or deny the existence of these benefits. When choosing to use Bowtrol Colon Cleanse, follow the directions and warnings carefully.

Step 1

Review the warnings and indications included with the Bowtrol product. If you have any of the health concerns discussed, especially digestive type issues, do not take Bowtrol. Constipation and diarrhea may be signs of another health concern and should be reported to your doctor.

Step 2

At bedtime, take three Bowtrol Colon Cleanse capsules with a full glass of water.

Step 3

Following the first dose of Bowtrol, it is important to consume plenty of fluids and make healthy food choices. Eating greasy or fried foods may have an adverse impact on Bowtrol. It can cause further colon irritation.

Step 4

Consider your body's response to the supplement. Per the manufacturer, Bowtrol is safe to take daily. If you experienced a bowel movement or several and feel the supplement was effective, continuing at the three capsules a day would be reasonable. If the results were not as you had hoped, it is safe to take up to eight capsules per day. However, per Bowtrol.com, it is best to gradually increase the number of capsules until you can evaluate how your body will respond.
