Scars are a result of past injury such as cuts, surgical incisions and scrapes. When scars are on your legs, you may feel embarrassed and reluctant to wear skirts or shorts. There are treatment options for scar revision, such as chemical peels. A chemical peel uses natural fruit or lactic acids to remove the damaged top layers of skin and promote healing, leaving your skin smoother and even toned. Always consult your physician before attempting an at-home chemical peel to ensure that you will not have an allergic reaction.

Step 1

Peel one small cucumber and slice and seed it, suggests Natural Home Remedies for Life's website. Place the slices into a food processor or blender and puree into a thick paste. Strain the paste with a piece of cheesecloth or gauze and save the juice in an airtight container.

Step 2

Mix together 2 teaspoons of chamomile tea, 2 teaspoons of green tea and 1 package of unflavored gelatin in a saucepan. According to Complete Skincare Therapy's site, stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved, then remove from heat and pour into a heat-safe bowl along with the cucumber juice and 1 ounce of aloe vera gel.

Step 3

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 minutes to firm. According to Natural Home Remedies for Life, your mixture will set firm but remain spreadable. Stir the mixture to blend it well.

Step 4

Apply the cucumber mixture to clean, dry legs using a cosmetics brush. Once you have applied enough mixture to cover your legs, lie down and relax as the mask dries--for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

Start at the bottom of your legs and peel the mask upward towards your thighs. According to Natural Home Remedies for Life, this may sting or tingle, but such a reaction is normal. Finish your chemical peel by rinsing your skin with warm water and patting it dry. You may apply moisturizer to your legs.
