Hair loss is a fairly common problem for many men and some women, and it can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. According to MayoClinic.com, there are medical treatments for hair loss, including prescription topical medications like Minoxidil, corticosteroids, hair transplants and scalp reduction. These remedies are often invasive and expensive, however, putting them out of reach for many people. However, according to Natural-HomeRemedies.com, there are some natural home remedies that can help to cure permanent hair loss in some cases without expensive procedures and ingredients.

Step 1

Grind 2 tsp. of fenugreek seeds in spice grinder, or crush them by hand in a mortar and pestle. Transfer the crushed Fenugreek seeds to a small container with the top.

Step 2

Add 4 tsp. of castor oil to the container. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon or whisk to thoroughly combine the ingredients.

Step 3

Rinse your hair with lukewarm water in the shower. Pour the fenugreek seed and castor oil mixture onto your hair and gently massage it onto your scalp. Leave the mixture on your scalp for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Wash your hair with your regular shampoo and conditioner. Allow your hair dry naturally to reduce stress on the follicles.

Step 5

Use this treatment daily as long as no redness, itching, burning, or other irritation occurs.

Step 6

Keep unused portions of the fenugreek and castor oil mixture in your medicine cabinet or kitchen cupboard for no more than 7 days before discarding it.
