When a girl reaches puberty during her teen years, her breasts will begin to develop. For some, they will grow quickly, to large sizes---whereas for others, the rate of development may well be far less satisfactory. The basic premise for natural breast growth is the hormone estrogen, which is present in the body of every woman to some extent. Therefore, the more estrogen that's available, the greater the breast size. Fortunately, for those seeking a boost in this part of their body, estrogen can be obtained in a wholly natural manner through soy.
Step 1
Avoid miscellaneous supplements. Many nutritional products are available that claim to enhance women's health, but they often simply contain general vitamins and minerals that do not specifically target the true goal of increasing estrogen levels. The Ohio State University Medical Center points out, "As a girl approaches adolescence, the first outward signs of breast development begin to appear. When the ovaries start to secrete estrogen, fat in the connective tissue begins to accumulate, causing the breasts to enlarge. The duct system also begins to grow."
Step 2
Take soy isoflavones capsules. These provide an extremely refined source of natural, plant-derived phytoestrogen compounds. Although other nutrients have a place, fundamentally, soy isoflavones are all that's required to make female breast tissue grow. Understand, though, that there isn't conclusive proof of the level of effectiveness that soy dietary supplements exert at the moment. However, Lehigh University says, "The isoflavone structure has important similarities to estrogen. These similarities allow isoflavones to bind to estrogen receptors in our estrogen-responsive cells."
Step 3
Combine with magnesium. This mineral is required in abundant amounts each day, and most multivitamin-mineral tablets do not provide the full daily allowance. Magnesium is very important in optimizing female hormonal balance, and a high-potency, stand-alone product will work in synergy with soy estrogen powerfully.
Step 4
Replace regular milk with soy milk. This is inexpensive, and is by far the easiest soy-derived alternative product to buy. It can be drunk pure, used on breakfast cereals or included in most---but not all---dessert recipes. Also consider making fruit smoothies with soy milk, as it is equally useful in such drinks as normal cow's milk is.
Step 5
Eat soy foods daily. Although soy-based food choices may be limited at supermarkets and convenience stores, it is definitely worth including in your diet to some extent. According to Oregon State University, "Isoflavones, a class of plant estrogens, are present in high concentrations in soy. A single isoflavone, genistein, occurs in varying concentrations in soy products or ingredients such as tofu, soy protein isolates and soy flour."
