Each bagel has 10 percent of the recommended daily value of vitamin C, 15 percent of calcium and 20 percent of iron.

Whole Grain

Each Panera whole-grain bagel has 370 calories, 3.5g of total fat, no saturated fat or cholesterol, and 430mg of sodium. Of the 70g of carbohydrate in each bagel, 6g are fiber and 5g are sugars. Along with 13g of protein, these bagels provide 10 percent of your recommended daily value of vitamin C, 15 percent of calcium and 20 percent of iron.

Cinnamon Raisin Swirl

Opt for a Panera cinnamon raisin swirl bagel, and you'll be getting 320 calories, 2.5g of fat, 1g of saturated fat, no cholesterol and 470mg of sodium. The bagel will also give you 64g of carbohydrate -- 3g from fiber and 11g from sugars -- and 9g of protein, along with 10 percent of your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C, 15 percent of calcium and 20 percent of iron.
