According to Kelloggs.com, Kellogg's produced the first high-fiber cereal in 1916, and its Smart Start Strong Heart cereals all have at least 5 g of dietary fiber. Varieties include Antioxidants, Toasted Oat and Maple And Brown Sugar. Kellogg's Smart Start Strawberry Oat Bites Cereal has oat grain squares with strawberry-flavored clusters and is a whole-grain breakfast option.

Calories and Macronutrients

A serving of Kellogg's Smart Start Strawberry Oats Cereal is 55 g, or 30 biscuits. It has 200 calories, 2.5 g total fat and 0.5 g saturated fat with no trans fat. It has 6 g of protein. A serving of this cereal has 43 g of carbohydrates and 7 g of sugars from sources including sugar, corn syrup and high-fructose corn syrup. Another sweetener in this cereal is sucralose, which is a non-nutritive sweetener, so it does not provide calories.

Grains and Fiber
