A caramel egg weighs 39 g and contains 190 calories, 90 of which come from fat. A caramel egg provides 10 g of fat, of which 6 g is in the form of saturated fat. A caramel egg has 24 g of carbohydrate, of which 18 g is sugar; 2 g of protein; and 70 mg of sodium.
Comparing Cadbury Eggs
At 175 calories, a crème egg contains fewer calories than a caramel egg or a serving of mini-eggs candy, which both have 190 calories. Chocolate is never going to offer as many nutritional benefits as other snacks, however it is fine to treat yourself every once in a while as part of a balanced diet.
