The green tea in this product is standardized to 45 percent EGCG, a catechin antioxidant shown to increase resting metabolic rate. Green Stinger contains white willow bark (herbal aspirin), synephrine, theobromine, evodiamine and phenylethylamine, as well as4 mg of yohimbine.

Ripped Power mentions the benefits of ma huang, which contains ephedrine alkaloids. However, their 25 mg of ephedra does not contain the alkaloids that where blamed for many of the adverse effects seen with ephedrine products.
