Braun is the parent company to oral care brand Oral-B, which manufactures an array of electric toothbrushes at various price points. Electric toothbrushes can help remove more plaque and improve gum health, according to The Mayo Clinic.

Oral-B has four toothbrush models: ProfessionalCare SmartSeries, ProfessionalCare, Vitality and Pulsonic. Each model comes with a built-in timer to help make sure you are brushing your teeth for the recommended two minutes, removes surface stains to whiten teeth and reduces plaque.

The Braun Oral-B ProfessionalCare SmartSeries, ProfessionalCare and Pulsonic are available at retailers such as Best Buy, Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond. The Oral-B Vitality electric toothbrush is available at drug and grocery stores nationwide.
Cost
The ProfessionalCare SmartSeries models retail for $125 to $140, the ProfessionalCare models retail for $79 to $99, the Pulsonic retails for $70 and the Vitality retails for $23. All prices are as of October 2010.
