Avoid choices that are fried, deep-fried or batter-fried, pan-fried, crispy or golden. Steer clear of dishes that contain sauce made of butter, cream, oil or other fats. If you are eating dinner and lunch portions are not available, take half of your dinner home to bring the points value down.
