Improve Your Mood by Eating Right

Program Description
Maybe you haven't connected your afternoon pouting with the cupcakes you had for breakfast, but what you eat affects how you feel. Self-medicating with sugary treats or high glycemic carbs will temporarily boost your serotonin levels, but the crash often leaves us sluggish and craving more. By adopting healthy eating habits, you can maintain a balanced disposition and avoid getting depressed.
