SlimQuick is a weight loss product designed specifically for women. Ingredients found in the supplement include hoodia, ginseng, green tea and juniper berry. The manufacturer claims that these ingredients help a woman reduce water retention, reduce appetite, increase energy levels and give the metabolism a boost. Keep in mind that no claims made by the manufacturer of SlimQuick have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Step 1
Take your first dose of SlimQuick when you wake up in the morning. Consume 2 caplets approximately 30 minutes before you eat breakfast.
Step 2
Wait six hours and take another 2 caplets. This dose should also be taken on an empty stomach. This dose should not be within five hours of when you plan to go to bed. Otherwise, you may have difficulty falling asleep.
Step 3
Drink plenty of water with each dose of SlimQuick. At minimum, you should have 250 ml of water with every 2 caplets you consume.
Step 4
Follow a low fat diet. You are instructed by the manufacturer to eat sensibly while taking the diet supplement. Eliminate foods high in fat from your diet, including fatty cuts of meat, fried foods, fast food, candy, cookies, cakes, full fat dairy and full fat dressings. Instead, limit fat intake by eating mostly lean proteins, low fat or fat free dairy, vegetables, whole grains and fruits.
Step 5
Participate in an exercise program. SlimQuick encourages users of the supplement to participate in aerobic activity and weight training. Strength training should incorporate all muscles in the body and sessions should be done at least two times a week. Most days of the week, you should find time for aerobic exercise, such as running, basketball, swimming, cycling and tennis.
