Lipo 6 is a liquid capsule that was developed to burn fat by suppressing your appetite, inducing a thermogenic response and increasing your metabolism. For maximum benefits, Lipo 6 recommends taking the fat burner twice per day in 8-week cycles, combined with a healthy diet and frequent exercise. Lipo 6 does not recommend a specific diet or exercise plan, but insists that the better the plan, the faster you'll see results. When correlating an exercise plan with Lipo 6, performing high-calorie-burning exercises may help you achieve your weight-loss goals faster.

Circuit Training

Circuit training involves moving from one exercise to the next with minimal rest between sets. A power-packed cardio and strength circuit-training workout can help burn fat and sculpt your body. Fitness Magazine recommends alternating one minute of strength training exercises with one minute of cardio exercises for a total of 36 minutes in each workout session. Depending on your body size, you can burn between 270 and 360 calories in 36 minutes.

Kettlebell Workout

A kettlebell is a cast iron ball with a handle, first used as an exercise tool by Russians in the early 1700s. Kettlebells range in weight from 4 lbs. to over 108 lbs. and are used to add intensity to your workout. Kettlebell workouts provide cardio and strength training simultaneously, and have been reported to provide faster results in half the time of performing traditional exercises. According to the American Council on Exercise, you can burn an average of 272 calories during a 20-minute kettlebell workout.

Kickboxing Workout

Kickboxing can be a fat-blasting, muscle sculpting workout when performed correctly. Fitness magazine reports that kickboxing can burn 500 to 810 calories an hour, depending on your intensity level and body size. Kickboxing moves such as the jab, roundhouse kick, uppercut and hook will target your arms, shoulders, abdominals, thighs and glutes, all while helping you burn fat and tone your body. To increase your intensity and calorie-burning potential, try increasing the speed of the workout.
