Although some women are able to meet their nutritional requirements through food alone, others may need to take a daily multivitamin supplement to ensure they are meeting their vitamin needs. One A Day Women's vitamins, manufactured by Bayer HealthCare, may be a good over-the-counter option for some women.
Availability
One A Day Women's vitamins are widely available over-the-counter in many drugstores and supermarkets. You can also purchase these vitamins online from drugstore chain websites as well as from Amazon.com and Drugstore.com.
