Step 1
Exfoliate the skin daily. Use a scrub or exfoliating glove to massage skin and increase circulation to help break up the fat deposits causing the dimpled appearance. Exfoliating also helps remove dead skin cells to produce new cells and help the skin absorb the lotion.
Step 2
Find cellulite lotions or creams containing Q10. Look for products that contain antioxidants like vitamin A, C, and E, which improve skin's elasticity.
