To lose weight from your face, you need to lose overall body fat by burning more calories daily than you consume. Fortunately, weight loss, especially water weight loss, often is visible on your face before the rest of your body, according to Good Housekeeping. To lose weight in your face in one week, stay hydrated, eat a healthy balanced diet, do cardiovascular and facial toning exercises daily.
Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, relaxing your shoulders away from your ears. Engage your abdominals, keep your head in neutral alignment and your focus forward.
Step 2
Exhale and slowly relax your face completely from your forehead to your chin, relaxing your mouth and jawline.
Step 3
Inhale and open your mouth and eyes as wide as you can. Feel your face stretch from your forehead to your chin. Hold this stretch for 10 to 20 counts.
Step 4
Exhale and squeeze your mouth and eyes shut as tight as you can. Hold this facial contraction for 10 to 20 counts.
Step 5
Release and relax the face as you breath in deeply. Exhale and relax the mouth and jawline. Repeat the entire facial toning exercise five to eight times.
