The Weight Loss Breeze program claims to help you reach your goal weight without strenuous exercise or crash diets. The program doesn't require any expensive meal plans or exercise equipment. Because no equipment is required, you can do the Weight Loss Breeze exercises anywhere. The program consists of breathing exercises that are designed to lower stress levels and aid weight loss.

Walking Exercise

This exercise simulates the breathing and motion of walking , but you don't have to leave the house. You don't need any equipment or even a large amount of space so you can perform this exercise even while traveling. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your arms at your sides with your elbows bent slightly. Sway your body to mimic a walking motion, but keep your feet still. Take deep, rapid breaths like you are taking a brisk walk. Do this exercise for 12 minutes once per day.

Release Exercise

The next Breeze exercise is designed to help the body release tension and stress. The exercise involves taking deep cleansing breaths and long exhalations. Sit in a comfortable position with your arms completely relaxed. Slowly inhale and exhale. Continue taking deep breaths while you say a phrase associated with negative feelings. Release the negative emotions through each breath. Repeat this exercise for 10 minutes once per day.

Relaxation Exercise

The relaxation exercise is a form of meditation that helps relieve stress. Lie down with the lights off or dimmed. Close your eyes and take deep, long breaths. You should feel you lungs fill with air with each breath. Slowly release the air from your body. Continue slow breathing until you are completely relaxed. The relaxation breathing should help improve sleep as well as release stress.
