The manufacturer of Xenadrine, Cytogenix Laboratories, claims the product accelerates weight loss and increases energy. Xendadrine also claims that the key ingredient combination of yerba mate, guarna and damiana is what makes people lose significantly more weight than people who don't use the product. The powder is fruit punch flavored and is sugar free.
Directions
Xenadrine should be taken three times daily 15 minutes before meals. If using the capsules, during the first three days take one capsule before every meal and take two capsules before every meal on day four and beyond. It is also advised to drink eight to 10 glasses of water daily and to not take Xenadrine within five hours of bedtime.
