Losing weight takes diligence and perseverance. It also takes time, which is a commodity many are lacking. For dieters who find themselves short or time, Weight Watchers offers lines of prepared meals, snacks, breads and sweets, available in grocery stores. Because they're from Weight Watchers, the points are clearly marked.

Meals

Weight Watchers offers two lines of meals and entrees for dieters who are short on the time needed to prepare calorie-conscious, portion-controlled meals. Weight Watchers offers prepared dinner entrees in the deli section of select grocery stores. The Weight Watchers Smart Ones line, in the freezer section of large grocery stores, consists of single-serving meals with the points value listed on the front of the package.

Dairy

Weight Watchers has developed a line of dairy products. Single-serving, pre-portioned cheeses, including cheddar, Swill and pepper Jack varieties, dominate the offerings. Assigning 1 point per slice helps dieters easily tally the points for the overall meal. For snacks, dips and afternoon treats, Weight Watchers has a line of yogurts and ice cream treats, all with the signature points value clearly placed on the front of the packaging, so dieters can feel good about treating themselves. Yogurts contain 1 point each and ice creams vary from 1 to 3 points each.

Breads

Sandwich breads, bagels, pitas and English muffins comprise the Weight Watchers line of backed breads. Most of the breads manufactured for Weight Watchers contain 1 point per serving. Only the wheat sandwich rolls, which resemble traditional hamburger buns, contain 2 points per bun.

Sweets

For dieters with a sweet tooth Weight Watchers created a selection of baked goods and chocolates. Cakes, cookies and brownies can be happily eaten on the Weight Watchers program, as long as the portions are limited and recorded in the dieter's daily eating log. Weight Watchers teamed up with the makers of Whitman's Chocolates to create single-serving chocolate treats with just 1 or 2 points.
