Frutista Freeze is a frozen smoothie type of drink sold by the fast food chain Taco Bell. The drink was introduced in 2008 and there are five flavors. Of note, the Frutista Freeze beverage does not contain fruit and the Orange 'N Creme Swirl flavor contains milk.

Orange 'N Creme Swirl

One 16 oz serving of the Orange 'N Creme Swirl Frutista Freeze beverage contains 280 calories, 2.5 g of fat -- 1.5 g of which is saturated fat, no cholesterol, 150 mg of sodium, 61 g of carbohydrates -- 59 g of which are sugars, and 4 g of protein.

Strawberry

One 16 oz serving of the Strawberry Frutista Freeze beverage contains 230 calories, no fat, no cholesterol, 55 mg of sodium, 57 g of carbohydrates -- all of which are sugars -- and no protein.

Mango Strawberry

One 16 oz serving of the Mango Strawberry Frutista Freeze beverage contains 250 calories, no fat, no cholesterol, 10 mg of sodium, 62 g of carbohydrates -- 59 g of which are sugars -- and no protein.

Classic Margarita

One 16 oz serving of the Classic Margarita Frutista Freeze beverage contains 220 calories, no fat, no cholesterol, no sodium, 55 g of carbohydrates -- 51 g of which are sugars -- and no protein.

Strawberry Margarita

One 16 oz serving of the Strawberry Margarita Frutista Freeze beverage contains 250 calories, no fat, no cholesterol, no sodium, 63 g of carbohydrates -- 58 g of which are sugars -- and no protein.

Healthy Alternative

Use a blender to combine your favorite fresh fruits with ice to make a beverage similar to but more nutritious than the Frutista Freeze. The USDA recommends consumption of two cups of fruit per day for adults, as fresh produce provides fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients.
