The recommended vegetable soup recipe contains only 45 calories per serving. The Heart Healthy Vegetable soup contains fresh ingredients including carrots, onions, tomatoes and garlic. A few of the staple ingredients in the Amazing Soup Diet recipes include balsamic vinegar, chili powder, honey and paprika.

Chicken Soup Diet

The Chicken Soup Diet consists of a healthy seven-day meal plan. The Chicken Soup Diet permits you to choose from five different recommended breakfast options for each of the seven days. However, for the rest of the day, you must only consume the chicken soup recipe illustrated in the diet. The breakfast options for the Chicken Soup Diet include 1/2 cup of non-fat yogurt with a fresh fruit salad. The Cabbage Soup Diet functions as a short term weight loss plan. The Cabbage Soup Diet lasts for a total of seven days and includes a high fiber soup recipe that contains a low content of fat. The Cabbage Soup Diet also mixes in fresh fruits and vegetables to ensure you consume an adequate amount of nutrients during the seven day period. According to the Cabbage Soup Diet, eat as much soup and fruit as you would like, excluding bananas, on the first day of the diet. The cabbage soup recipe contains fresh ingredients such as green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and celery.
