However, one serving has 530 mg of sodium, 50 mg of cholesterol and 2.5 g of saturated fat.

Lean Pockets Breakfast sausage, egg and low-fat cheese option comprises 280 calories, 70 of which come from fat. This breakfast alternative has 8 g of fat, 3.5 g of saturated fat and a whopping 430 mg of sodium. However, this pastry will provide you with 11 g of protein and 2 g of dietary fiber.
