Dasani, a brand of purified, bottled water, can be purchased in a range of sizes, from 16.9 ounces to 1.5 liters. In addition to regular water, Dasani offers lemon-, strawberry-, grape- and raspberry-flavored waters. To stay hydrated, drink 6 to 8 cups of water or other fluids per day. This amount will vary depending on your height and weight, physical activity and climate.

Calories, Protein and Fat

A bottle of Dasani water, flavored or unflavored, has no calories, fat or protein. This beverage is a calorie-free choice to help you drink enough to meet your body's needs.

Carbohydrates and Added Sugars

There are no carbohydrates or sugar added to bottles of Dasani water. Splenda, which is a brand name for the sugar substitute sucralose, is used to sweeten the flavored waters.

Vitamins and Minerals

In each Dasani water product, there is an insignificant amount of vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron. The regular water is sodium-free, while each 16.9-ounce bottle of flavored water contains 29 grams of sodium, or 1 percent of the daily value of sodium.
