You can work your abs using a variety of exercises, techniques and equipment, including a device called an ab wheel. Ab wheels, commonly called Ab Rollers after the most well-known of these products, are an effective, low-cost tool for building core muscles. The principle is based on your using your abdominal muscles to roll your forward and back, side to side or up and down, using a single-wheel device holding a short bar through the center. Finding an ab roller is as easy as shopping for most any other piece of exercise equipment, and you should be able to find the right one for you with little research.
