Written by registered dietitian Ashley Koff, this 192-page paperback includes recipes that avoid the usual food triggers for IBS, such as dairy and spices, as well as recipes for more traditional foods, such as an adapted version of macaroni-and-cheese and pies.

"The IBS Low-Starch Diet: Why Starchy Food May Be Hazardous to Your Health" is a paperback book written by Carol Sinclair that covers not only a diet plan but an explanation and guidelines on how to restrict the starch that causes IBS. The book also provides 200 recipes, most of them gluten-free, along with guidelines to use when eating out.
