D4 Thermal shock is produced by the Cellucor supplement company. Thermal Shock contains a blend of ingredients, including white willow bark extract, forselex, passion flower, extract, embelic myrobalan extract, caffeine, octopamine HCL and evodiamine HCL to aid in fat loss. Thermal shock is made from about 70 ingredients, but the ingredients listed above are the active ingredients provided by the manufacturer.
