How to Freeze Wheatgrass Juice

Wheatgrass juice is sourced from sprouted wheatberries and is known for its dark green color and distinct bitter aftertaste. Wheatgrass juice is high in vitamins A, C and E and rich in the minerals of iron, potassium and calcium. Step 1

Pour your fresh wheatgrass juice into each of molds in the ice cube trays. Slot the trays into plastic bags and seal them.This will slow down oxidation. Put them in the freezer.

Step 2

Put your trays in the freezer and leave them there for about three hours.

Step 3

Pry a few frozen wheatgrass cubes from the tray. Thaw the cubes in a glass and enjoy. Reseal the plastic bags with the wheatgrass cubes and put it back in the freezer for another time.
