Vitamins
One cup of light soy milk contains 50% of the recommended daily value of vitamin B12, 30% of the recommended daily values of vitamin D and riboflavin, 10% of the recommended daily value of vitamin A, and 6% of the recommended daily value of folate.
Minerals
Light soy milk contains 30% of the recommended daily allowance of calcium. In addition, light soy milk contains 10% of the RDA of magnesium, 9% of the RDA of potassium, 8% of the RDA of selenium and 6% of the RDA of iron. Light soy milk also contains smaller amounts of zinc and sodium.
