What Food Has Fiber in It?

Foods that contain fiber include, but are not limited to raspberries, oranges, bananas, blueberries, raisins, brown rice, rye bread, whole-wheat bread, bran, popcorn, pecans, almonds, boiled broccoli, cooked peas and raw carrot.
