Canadian Style Bacon English Muffin Sandwich

The Smart Ones Canadian style bacon English muffin sandwich has scrambled egg whites, Canadian bacon and low-fat cheese all in an English muffin. This sandwich contains 210 calories, 6 g fat, 14 g protein and 2 g fiber. There are also 700 mg sodium, which is 30 percent of the daily recommended value determined by the USDA.

Cheesy Scramble with Hash

For a low sodium option choose Smart Ones cheesy scramble with hash. This breakfast has scrambled egg whites and hash browns covered with three types of low-fat cheese. This option has 210 calories, 9 g fat, 15 g protein, 2 g fiber and 510 mg sodium.

Ham and Cheese Scramble

The ham and cheese scramble contains the highest amount of protein on the Smart Ones breakfast menu. The meal features scrambled egg whites, ham and roasted potatoes covered with low-fat cheese, and contains 21 g protein. In addition, there are 220 calories, 9 g fat, 2 g of fiber and 610 mg sodium.

English Muffin Sandwich

Vegetarians may like the English muffin sandwich. This sandwich is made with scrambled egg whites and cheese between an English muffin, and contains 5 g of fat. In addition, this breakfast sandwich has 210 calories, 13 g protein, 2 g fiber and 610 mg sodium.
