Importance of Diet

No matter how much you exercise, it won't matter unless your diet is clean. An unhealthy diet can sabotage all of the progress you've made through exercise, and it can also destroy your desire to go to work out, so make sure to do your part when you're not at the gym. You may find that exercising helps you to stick to a healthy diet and vice versa.
