Crazy Fit Power Plate Exercises

The Crazy Fit Power Plate is a piece of exercise equipment that uses vibration training for stretching, massage and resistance training. The machine consists of a vibrating platform and handles on each side. You can perform a total body workout on a Crazy Fit Power Plate.

Push-Ups

Push-ups work the muscles in the chest, arms and core. Doing push-ups on a Crazy Fit Power Plate can increase the intensity of the exercise. Set the plate on a low vibration. Place your hands on the platform. Press up so that your hands and toes are supporting your body weight. Bend your arms and lower your chest toward the platform. Pause for one second at the bottom of the movement. Press yourself back up until your arms are completely straight. Repeat for three sets of 15 repetitions.

Lunges

Performing lunges on a Crazy Fit Power Plate works all of the muscles in your lower body. Set the plate on a low vibration. Begin in a split stance with one foot on the platform and the other on the floor, with both feet facing forward. Lower your back knee toward the ground until the front knee is bent at 90 degrees. Keep your chest up the entire time. Press yourself back up until both legs are straight. Repeat for three sets of 15 repetitions.

Triceps Dips

You also can perform triceps dips on the Crazy Fit Power Plate. Turn the plate on a low vibration. Sit on the edge of the platform with your hands by your hips with your palms facing forward. Extend your legs straight in front of you. Lift your hips so that you are supporting your own body weight. Lower your hips toward the floor until your elbows are bent at 90 degrees. Press your hips back up to the starting position. Repeat for three sets of 15 repetitions.
