Jif Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Spread contains 190 calories per 2-tbsp. serving, regardless of whether it’s creamy or crunchy. Although regular Jif peanut butter also has 190 calories per serving, 130 of its calories come from fat, as opposed to 110 for the reduced-fat version.
Types
Jif’s Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Spread is available in both creamy or crunchy varieties. The Crunchy version including bits of peanuts.
Nutrition
Aside from its 190 calories, each serving of Jif’s Reduced Fat Peanut Butter Spread also has 12 g of fat, of which 2.5 g are saturated, 250 mg of sodium, 15 g of carbohydrates, 4 g of sugar and 8 g of protein. In comparison, regular Jif peanut butter has 16 g of fat per serving, including 3 g of saturated fat.
