Calories
One cup of peach nectar contains 134 calories. The calorie total in the juice indicates the amount of energy you get from it, notes the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. If you eat a 2,000-calorie diet, a full cup of peach nectar amounts to 6.7 percent of your total daily calories.
Fat
