Founded in 2001, Dagoba Organic Chocolate produces chocolate bars, powdered drinking chocolate, baking chocolate and petite 0.32-oz "tasting squares" in adventurous flavors like lavender and chai. Dagoba's plain dark chocolate tasting squares are called "New Moon."
