Whole Grain Pasta
A 2 oz. serving of Barilla whole grain pasta contains 41 g of carbohydrates and 6 g of fiber. Whole wheat penne pasta also contains 7 g of protein, and 15 percent of the recommended daily value for phosphorus and magnesium.
Three Cheese Tortellini
Barilla's also markets a three cheese tortellini. A 2/3 cup serving contains 230 calories and features 3 g of fiber, 8 g of protein and 8 g of fat. This serving also provides 8 percent of the recommended daily values for calcium.
Barilla Plus Pasta
Barilla Plus pasta, made with whole grains, oats and barley, contains 10 g of protein, 4 g of fiber, 2 g of total fat, and 210 calories per serving. It is free of trans fats and cholesterol. Vitamin ranges are much higher for this pasta, providing 35 percent niacin, 40 percent folate and 15 percent of the daily recommended values for these nutrients.
