5 Mph

If you weigh 185 lbs., you will burn 710 calories in an hour at 5 mph. If you weigh 155 lbs. and run at the same speed you'll burn 596 calories. If you weigh 125 lbs. you'll burn 480 calories.

6 Mph

Running one mile every 10 minutes, which is the equivalent of six miles per hour, will burn 888 calories per hour if you weigh 185 lbs. If you weigh 155 lbs., you'll burn 744 calories. If you weigh 125 lbs. you'll burn 600 calories.

10 mph

Running 10 mph or one mile every six minutes requires serious dedication and practice. With a starting weight of 185 lbs. you'll burn 1,466 calories every hour. If you weigh 155 lbs. you'll burn 1,228. If you weigh 125 lbs. you'll burn 990 calories.
