The Taco Bell menu contains three Taco Supreme options. Each provides a different number of calories. To make the best food choices at this fast food restaurant, it's important to consider the caloric content of each menu item.

Crunchy Taco Supreme

The original Taco Supreme is a crunchy taco with beef filling, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tomatoes. This menu item has 200 calories, which is just 10 percent of the average person's recommended daily calories, according to MayoClinic.com.

Double Decker Taco Supreme

The Double Decker option is essentially a regular Taco Supreme, except the crunchy shell is coated with beans and then wrapped in a second, soft shell. This is the most fattening version of the Taco Supreme, containing 360 calories and 140 calories from fat, according to Taco Bell.

Soft Taco Supreme

Replacing the hard shell with a soft shell adds some extra calories. This menu item contains 240 calories. However, the item is a little heartier, with a 135g serving size, compared to the crunchy Taco Supreme's 113g serving size.
