The Light Butter variety has 20 calories per serving, 1 gram of fat, 4 carbohydrates, no sugar and .5 grams of protein.

Sweet & Savory

The Sweet & Savory line adds some spice and other gourmet flavors to the popcorn. The Kettle Korn has 35 calories per serving, 2.5 grams of fat, 4 carbohydrates, no sugar and .5 grams of protein. The Caramel variety contains 90 calories per serving, 4.5 grams of fat with 1 gram being saturated, 14 carbohydrates and .5 grams of protein.

SmartPop

The SmartPop line was made for calorie-conscious consumers. SmartPop Kettle Korn and SmartPop Butter are the two available varieties. There are 100 calories per 6 cups and the entire line is 94 percent fat free, according to the Orville Redenbacher website. Minibags are available in both flavors that are 100 calories per bag.
