Vitamins are an essential component to an everyday diet because they are responsible for many functions of the body. Each vitamin has different responsibilities, and some are responsible for the skin and its clarity. The best way to get vitamins is through food, however, supplements are available. Always talk with a doctor before taking any supplements, as they can interfere with certain medications.
