Dunkin' Donuts Bagels
Although a lower-fat option, Dunkin' Donut bagels are still high in calories. One plain bagel contains 320 calories, with about 25 calories as fats. The cheddar cheese bagel twist contains 400 calories, with 80 of those as fat calories. Even the multigrain bagel, labeled by Dunkin' Donuts as a DD Smart item, contains 390 calories. If you spread plain cream cheese on your bagel, add 150 calories, 130 of which are from fats.
Dunkin' Donuts Coolatas
A small Coffee Coolatta with Cream contains 400 calories, and over half of those calories come from fats, whereas the large size contains 800 calories, including a whopping 410 fat calories. If you choose the Coffee Coolata with Skim Milk from the DD Smart menu, you consume 420 calories.
