Step 1
Reduce your stress. Stress hormones can destroy your sperm. Therefore, reducing your levels of stress can increase your volume of sperm. Some techniques that may work for you are meditation, deep breathing and moderate exercise. When exercising, do so with caution--excessive exercise can be detrimental to sperm.

Change your eating habits. You are what you eat, so to speak. In other words, everything you eat affects you in some way, good or bad. This includes your sperm count.
