The primary ingredients in Gatorade Rain are water, sucrose, or table sugar, and dextrose, a simple sugar found in plant and animal tissues. Gatorade Rain contains different artificial colors and flavorings depending on the specific flavor.

Per 8-oz. serving, Gatorade Rain contains 50 calories, 14 g of carbohydrates, 30 mg of potassium and 110 mg of sodium. The sodium and potassium replace electrolytes lost during exercise or heat exposure. Electrolytes are vital to your health, as they are responsible for regulating your body's hydration and muscle function.
