Energy drinks and powders are designed to provide you with a mental and physical boost. SuperPump 250 by Gaspari Nutrition is specifically made to be used before a workout. According to the Gaspari Nutrition website, SuperPump 250 provides you with acute mental focus and explosive energy and it will increase lean mass and muscle performance.

Function

Gaspari Nutrition markets SuperPump 250 as a pre-workout amplifier product. It is designed to provide you with more physical energy and better mental focus. Gaspari Nutrition claims that taking SuperPump 250 before your workouts results in increased muscle mass, increased strength and reduced body fat percentage. Both women and men are encouraged to use SuperPump 250 before cardio or strength workouts.

Directions

Take SuperPump 250 about 30 minutes before a workout. The product label recommends mixing one to three scoops of SuperPump 250 powder with water, using 4 to 6 oz. of water per scoop. Gaspari Nutrition recommends taking the product every day, although if you are budget conscious, you will still get results taking it only on training days. On non-training days, you should take one or two scoops in the morning around the same time you would take it on regular training days.

Ingredients

The serving size is listed as one scoop-the scoop is included in the package and is approximately 20g. There are 25 calories and 6g of carbohydrates in one scoop of SuperPump 250. Caffeine is an ingredient of the mix; it is listed on the label as methylxanthines. However, Gaspari Nutrition does not provide information about the amount of caffeine in the product. It is listed as part of the SuperPump 250 proprietary blend, which includes other energy and performance supplements such as taurine, L-glutamine and creatine monohydrate. Because these are all part of one blend that is patent pending, the label simply provides the content of the blend, not each individual ingredient.
