Among Pizza Hut’s many menu items is the Pizza Mia, a medium-sized, 8-slice pizza. Compared to normal Pizza Hut pan pizzas, the Pizza Mia has thinner crust, a sweeter sauce and a hint of cheddar cheese sprinkled on top.

Calories

According to the official Pizza Hut website, one slice of a Pizza Mia cheese pizza weighs 87 g and contains 210 calories, including 80 calories from fat. A slice of Pizza Mia pepperoni pizza weighs only 83 grams but has the same 210 calories.

Nutrition

Each slice of Pizza Mia pizza provides 9 g of fat, 4 g of saturated fat, 1 g of trans fat, 20 mg of cholesterol, 550 mg of sodium, 23 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of dietary fiber, 2 g of sugar and 10 g of protein. One slice also delivers 15 percent of the daily recommended value of calcium.

Ingredients

Pizza Hut makes its Pizza Mia pizzas from bleached enriched flour, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, yeast, high-fructose corn syrup, vital wheat gluten, sucralose, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sodium propionate, tomato paste, water, tomatoes, sugar, salt, modified food starch, olive oil, canola oil, granulated garlic, spices, citric acid and dough conditioners.
