Einstein Brothers hot and fresh bagels fill the many baskets lining the walls behind the eatery's counter. Serving Size
One bagel equals one serving and most bagels are between 100 and 110 g. The gourmet bagels run a bit more at 155 g for the Green Chili bagel, 134 g for the Dutch Apple, 134 g for Spinach Florentine, and 122 g for the Six-cheese bagel.

The Pumpernickel bagel has 240 calories; the Honey Whole Wheat, Sundried Tomato and Plain have 260 calories. Onion, Garlic Dip'd, Onion Dip'd, Cranberry, Everything and Potato have 270 calories. Chocolate Chip, Good Grains, Poppy Dip'd and Sesame Dip'd have 280 calories. Cinnamon Raisin Swirl has 290 calories. Blueberry and Egg have 300 calories. Asiago Cheese, Cinnamon Sugar Chicago Style and the Power Fruit and Nut bagel have 310 calories. The gourmet bagels top the chart with 330 calories for the Six-cheese bagel, 340 calories for the Spinach Florentine, and 350 calories for the Dutch Apple and the Green Chile bagels.
Fat and Cholesterol
The Asiago Cheese, Egg and Power bagels have 5 g of fat, Potato has 4 g, Poppy Dip'd has 3 g and the Chocolate Chip, Garlic Dip'd, Onion Dip'd, Cinnamon Chicago Style and Good Grains bagels have 2.5 g of fat. The Everything bagel has 2 g of fat, Pumpernickel and Sundried Tomato have 1.5 g and the Blueberry, Cinnamon Raisin Swirl, Cranberry, Honey Whole Wheat, Plain, and Onion have 1 g of fat. The Green Chile and Spinach Florentine gourmet bagels have 8 g of fat, the Dutch Apple has 7 g and the Six-cheese bagel has 6 g.
Bagels with cholesterol include the Asiago Cheese with 15 mg, Egg with 120 mg, Green Chile with 25 mg, Spinach Florentine with 20 mg and the Six-cheese bagel with 15 mg of cholesterol.
Carbohydrates
Breads as a rule have carbohydrates, so it should be no surprise that these bagels have a whopping 50 to 60 carbs each. The Green Chile bagel has the most at 66 g and the bagel with the least is the Potato with 52 mg. The bagel with the most dietary fiber is the Power Fruit and Nut with 4 g, all the others range between 2 and 3 g.
Protein
The bagels with the most protein are the Green Chile, Spinach Florentine and Six-Cheese with 15 g.
