A Crispy Caesar Salad made with Original Recipe chicken, iceberg and romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese contains 300 calories. Caesar dressing and croutons add another 330 calories. A grilled chicken Caesar salad has 210 calories, not counting dressing and croutons.
Sides and Desserts
A serving of mashed potatoes is 90 calories, plus 30 calories with gravy. A serving of macaroni and cheese has 170 calories. KFC's Lil' Bucket Chocolate Crème Parfait Cup contains 280 calories. One apple turnover contains 260 calories.
