Use caution when ending the Master Cleanse, as eating solid food to quickly can cause indigestion, stomach cramping and nausea.

Carry a bottle of pre-made Master Cleanse lemonade with you to sip on throughout the day, suggests "The Master Cleanse" author Stanley Burroughs.
Step 2
Drink 8 oz. of Master Cleanse lemonade before breakfast, lunch and dinner to help decrease your appetite.
Step 3
Drink one 8-oz. glass of Master Cleanse lemonade when you feel hungry in between meals as a replacement for snacking.
Step 4
Drink one full 8-oz. glass of Master Cleanse lemonade after dinner to curb appetite and ward off late night snacking.
